Tropical Paradise

I just can’t go anywhere without listening to my favorite music. There has to be music playing or I will go nuts just doing nothing while waiting for friends to arrive or while in the car on our way somewhere. I have to have my mp3 player with me all the time with earphones stuck to my ears so I won’t disturb anyone while I enjoy listening. However, there are times when there’s nobody else around so I can listen to my heart’s content. But earphones aren’t enough for this. I need to have speakers and cases to really enjoy the music without having to worry about disturbing anyone. This way, I turn up the volume, feel the intensity of the music and maybe even dance a little bit to the rhythm of my favorite song.

If my good old mp3 player could speak to me now, I know it will complain and tell me that I listen too much to too many songs during the day and that my eardrums may soon burst and leave me deaf. But I know it will not come to that. I enjoy music but certainly, I know when to stop and let my eardrums rest. My mp3 player will appreciate the rest too.
